Samsung has again slashed the price of its recently-launched smartphone, the Galaxy J7 Duo. The phone, which was launchedfor Rs 16,990, is now available for Rs 13,990.
The news came from known a Mumbai-based retailer, Mahesh Telecom. The retailer has announced the price cut of the latest device on its social media handle. Interestingly, the phone received a price cut of Rs 1000 in May this year, reducing its price to Rs 15,990. And now, the company has once slashed the price of its smartphone by Rs 2,000. The phone is available at the same price on Amazon India as well.
Meanwhile, on Flipkart and Samsung online shop, the Galaxy J7 Duo is currently listed for Rs 14,990. Flipkart is offering no-cost EMI options starting from Rs 2,499 per month and there is a Reliance Jio cashback offer of Rs 2750 and double data bundled with the device. Under this offer, Reliance Jio users will get 55 vouchers of Rs 50 that can be redeemed for the recharge of Rs 198 and Rs 299. It also comes with double data offer, users will get double data on recharge of Rs 198 or above, though one can avail it maximumby four times. Both the offers are valid until September 30, 2018.
To recall, the smartphone was launched in India in April this year. The Galaxy J7 Duo is available in Black and Gold colour options. However, the smartphone stands nowhere close to the competition when you compare the sheer specifications.

Apart from this, you Android 8.0 Oreo, 3000mAh battery, 4GB of RAM, 32GB internal storage, 13-megapixel primary and 5-megapixel secondary dual rear cameras and 8-megapixel front-facing camera. When compared to the likes of the above-mentioned smartphones, looks a tad underwhelming.
