Samsung’s Galaxy Grand Max is now available in India for Rs 15,990. The handset was announced this Monday only along with four other 4G smartphones in various price ranges, namely – Samsung Galaxy A7, Galaxy Grand Prime, Galaxy Core Prime, and Galaxy J1.
The Samsung Galaxy Grand Max is based on Android 4.4.4 KitKat version and has dual SIM. It has a 5.25 inch HD IPS LCD display, 1.2 GHz quad core processor (Snapdragon 410), 1.5 GB RAM, 16 GB built in storage, 64 micro SD card slot, 13 megapixel rear camera, 5 megapixel front camera with 120 degree wide angle lens, and a 2500 mAh removable battery.
Other than that, the Samsung Galaxy Grand Max has WiFi, micro USB port, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, 3.5 mm jack, GPS, GLONASS, and FM radio. The Grand Max measures 146 x 74.8 x 7.9 mm and weighs 161 grams.
Curiously, the listing on Snapdeal doesn’t speak anything about its LTE feature but many media reports claimed that the handset has 4G connectivity.
