Samsung is reportedly working on a new smartphone in the A-series, dubbed as Galaxy A60. Now, a new leak has emerged that shed some light on the specifications of the upcoming device.
The leak comes in the form of marketing material and it was posted on SlashLeaks. The leak suggests that the Galaxy A60 will come loaded with Infinity-U display, which is also present in the Galaxy A50 and Galaxy A30 smartphones. It also reveals that the phone will come loaded with an in-display fingerprint sensor, which is also present in Galaxy A50.
The leak reveals that the phone will be equipped with a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Display with a screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. The device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon SM6150 chipset. The smartphone will be available in two RAM options including 6GB and 8GB of RAM along with a 128GB of internal storage.
On the camera front, it will feature a triple-camera setup with a combination of 32-megapixel primary lens along with a 5-megapixel depth sensor and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens. For the front, there will be a 32-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calling. On the battery front, it features a 4,500mAh battery and most probably it will run on Android 9.0 Pie, which is based on OneUI.
To recall, Samsung introduced the Galaxy A50, Galaxy A30 and Galaxy A10 smartphones in India last month. Samsung Galaxy A50 starts at Rs 19,990 for the variant with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The top-end variant with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage will cost Rs 22,990. Samsung Galaxy A30 comes in only one variant – 4GB RAM with 64GB storage for Rs 16,990. Samsung Galaxy A10 is priced at Rs 8,490.
