Samsung has today announced the launch of its latest budget-centric smartphone, the Galaxy A10s, in India. The smartphone comes with a price tag of Rs 9,499 for the 2GB RAM + 32GB of internal storage, while the 3GB RAM + 32GB of internal storage is priced at Rs 10,499.
The phone will go on sale starting from August 28, 2019, and it will available across all retail stores, Samsung e-Shop, Samsung Opera House and all major leading online channels. The smartphone is available in three colour options – Green, Blue and Black.
Coming to the specifications, the Samsung Galaxy A10s is equipped with a 6.2-inch HD+ Infinity-V display with a screen Resolution of 1520 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 2.0GHz octa-core Exynos chipset. The phone is backed by up to 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage with an option to expand it further via microSD card slot.
On the camera front, the smartphone is equipped with a dual-camera setup with a combination of 13-megapixel primary lens with f/1.8 Aperture along with a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For the front, it is loaded with an 8-megapixel selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture.
The Galaxy A10s runs on OneUI, which is based on Android 9.0 Pie. it is backed by a 4000mAh battery and it supports fingerprint sensor coupled with facial recognition. On the connectivity front, it supports dual 4G VoLTE, dual-SIM, GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi, dedicated microSD slot and Micro USB port. The phone measures 156.9 x 75.8 x7.8mm and weighs 168 grams.
