Ahead of the Samsung Unpacked event on February 20, Samsung has launched two tablets – Galaxy Tab S5e and the Galaxy Tab A (2019).
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e comes in Black, Silver and Gold colours. It is priced at $399.99 (Rs. 28,560 approx.) for the WiFi version and 479 Euros (US$ 541 / Rs. 38,599 approx.) for the LTE version. The tablet will be available in select markets including the U.S., Germany and other countries from 2Q 2019.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) comes in Black, Gold and Silver colours. It is priced at 210 Euros (US$ 237 / Rs. 16,960) for the Wi-Fi version and 270 Euros (US$ 305 / Rs. 21,830) for the 4G version. The tablet will be available in Germany from April 5.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e
The tablet features a 10.5-inch (2560 x 1600 pixel) WQXGA 16:10 aspect ratio Super AMOLED display. It is powered by a Snapdragon 670 Processor with 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB with expandable memory up to 512GB with microSD.
The tablet has 13MP rear camera with LED flash and 5MP front-facing camera with support for face unlock. It runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) operating system with One UI on top and it is backed up by 7,040mAh battery with support for Fast charging via a USB Type-C port. There is Dolby Atmos which is integrated with AKG-tuned quad speakers. The dimensions are 245 x 160 x 5.5mm and it weighs 400 grams.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019)
This tablet comes with 10.1-inch (1920 x1200 pixel) 16:10 aspect ratio TFT display. It is powered by Octa-Core Exynos 7904 14nm processor with Mali-G71 GPU. The device has 2GB RAM, 32GB storage, expandable memory up to 400GB with microSD.
For the camera, the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) is equipped with an 8MP rear camera and 5MP front-facing camera with support for face unlock. It also runs on Android 9.0 Pie with One UI on top and is backed up by 6150mAh battery. It measures 245 x 149 x 7.5mm and weighs 460 grams.
