Ricoh Pentax KP DSLR camera launched in India for Rs 88,584

Priced at Rs 88,584, the DSLR camera is available on Ricoh India web store and offline stores in the country.

Ricoh, a well-known name in the camera industry, has added a new member to its digital SLR series with the launch of Pentax KP in India. Priced at Rs 88,584, the DSLR camera is available on Ricoh India web store and offline stores in the country.

The latest camera from Ricoh sports a 24.32-megapixel APS-C sized CMOS sensor, along with Prime IV imaging engine, which the company boasts will deliver rich-gradation images. The device has a sensitive range of ISO 819200 and comes loaded with a high shutter speed up to 1/24000 second. The camera also comes loaded with 27-point system with the SAFOX 11 module.

It also sports a five-axis shake-reduction system, which compensates for camera shake and an optical viewfinder with nearly 100 percent field of view. The dustproof, weather-resistant and cold-proof (for temp. as low as -10°C) camera captures high-resolution Full movie clips in the H-264 recording format with a range of functional settings.

It also incorporates a variety of customization functions including Smart Function and control panel customization; and is equipped with a 3.0-inch monitor with a vertical tilt function and approx. 912k dots resolution.
