Redmi Note killer, Lenovo A6000 coming to India this week for less than Rs 10,000: Report

Everything will depend on the pricing of Lenovo A6000 whether it will pose any challenge to the Redmi Note 4G and Yu Yureka or get lost in the sea of devices.

Lenovo A6000, which is already being labelled as the Redmi Note-killer for its features and expected price or less than Rs 10,000, is reportedly all set to be launched in India this January 16 (Friday). The A6000 was unveiled by Lenovo at the Consumer Electronic Show last week in Las Vegas, US. Technology focussed website, Tech2 has even claimed that the phone will be exclusively available via Flipkart.

The Lenovo A6000 offers a 5 inch display, a 1.2 Ghz Snapdragon 410 quad core processor, and 1 RAM. It is said to have 8 GB of internal storage but there is no information about its expandable memory. Further, the A6000 has an 8 megapixel rear camera and a 2 megapixel front camera. It comes with 4.4 KitKat version with Lenovo’s Vibe UI on top of it. Besides, the Lenvo A6000 offers a 2300 mAh battery, dual SIM, LTE support, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, and speakers with Dolby Digital Plus technology.

Note that both Yu Yureka and Redmi Note come with LTE support. Yu Yureka has the best features that includes a 5.5 inch HD IPS display, 64 bit 1.5 GHz Snapdragon 615 octa core processor, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB of internal memory, 32 GB micro card slot, 13 megapixel primary auto focus camera with a Sony Exmor R sensor, a 5 meagapixel front camera for selfies and video calls, two SIM slots, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, FM Radio, and a 2500 mAh battery.

The Redmi Note 4G has a 5.5 inch HD IPS display, Android KitKat (4.4.2) OS, a quad-core 1.6 GHz processor, 2 GB of RAM, 8 GB of internal memory, 64 GB micro SD card slot, 13 megapixel primary camera, 5 megapixel fixed focus camera, WiFi, GPS, and Bluetooth.
