Xiaomi seems to have started rolling out MIUI 11 update to its older, Redmi Note 7 Pro smartphone in India. Multiple users are reporting about the latest MIUI 11 update on their handset.
As per the changelog shared by the users, the update comes with version number V11.0.5.0.PFHINXM and it weighs around 746MB in size. The update is rolling out in batches, which means that it will reach a limited amount of users first and then a broader rollout will start.
With this, users will get a slew of features, which were introduced with MIUI 11. To start with, users will get Sounds of nature, which wakes up the user with a gentle sound of nature with new alarm ringtones. The update also brings ultra power saving mode and Digital Wellbeing. It also brings new Mi File Manager App along with a floating calculator, Steps trackers and more. The update also adds Dynamic Clock, Kaleidoscope effects and Wapper Carousel.

Apart from this, users will get other features like Game speed booster, new icons, lockscreen, status bar, and notification panel. The lock screen will also be enabled with breathing notifications and custom messages. The Mint Keyboard has support for 25 Indic languages as well as translation/ transliteration support. There are also real-time Emoji suggestions for Hinglish.
Meanwhile, the company announced a permanent price cut on Redmi Note 7 Pro smartphone. Xiaomi has announced a price cut on all the variants of Redmi Note 7 Pro. To start with the base variant, the 4GB RAM + 64GB model was launched at Rs 13,999. However, it is now available for Rs 11,999, reflecting a price cut of Rs 2,000. Similarly, the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant is now available at Rs 13,999, against its original price of Rs 14,999. Lastly, the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage option can be bought for Rs 14,999, against its original price of Rs 16,999.
