Realme XT new update adds nightscape to front camera, November Android Security Patch and more

Realme in its forum post has mentioned that the latest software update for the Realme XT is currently available through a "staged rollout".

After rolling out an update to Realme XT last month, Realme has now again rolled out a new update to the smartphone. Along with some improvements, the update also brings November 2019 security patch as well.

The new update comes with version number RMX1921_11_A.12 and is 222MB in size. It adds nightscape of the front camera, optimizes photo clarity while using WhatsApp, optimizes video quality of the rear camera, optimizes the noise in dark environments and optimizes the clarity of the ULTRA 64 MP mode.

Further, the update fixes the crash issue while switching to ULTRA 64 MP mode, optimizes the camera quality reddish issue. It improves fingerprints recognition probability. It also fixes the issue that could not register VoWiFi to partial carrier and partial display issue.

Realme in its forum post has mentioned that the latest software update for the Realme XT is currently available through a “staged rollout”.

“The will be randomly pushed out to a limited number of users today and will have a broader rollout in a few days after making sure there are no critical bugs. If no critical bugs are found, the full rollout will be completed in the upcoming days,” the company said in its forum post.

Realme XT comes in three storage variants – 4GB + 64GB, 6GB + 64GB, and 8GB + 128GB priced at Rs 15,999, 16,999 and Rs 18,999 respectively. It comes in two colour options – Pearl Blue and Pearl White.
