Realme X ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’ Edition with special case to launch in July

Realme is all set to launch its flagship smartphone, the Realme X, in India pretty soon. Now, the brand has teased that it will bring a special edition of the upcoming smartphone.

Realme teased on its official Twitter handle revealing that the special edition will be based on Spider-Man: Far From Home movie. The tweet reads, “Young, daring and powerful! That’s what connects us with @SpiderMan and that’s why we’re leaping towards an exciting association with #SpiderManFarFromHome. Comment ‘YAY!’ if you can’t wait to know more. #DareToLeap.” This simply implies that there might be a Realme X ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’ Edition or the company will simply launch a Spider-Man-themed case with the upcoming smartphone.

The new movie is all set to release on July 4 and the tweet hints that the smartphone might get launched during the month of July, near the release date of Spider-Man: Far From Home. However, there is no information about the exact launch date of the Realme X smartphone in India.

Recollecting some key specifications, the Realme X features a 6.5-inch Full Samsung’s AMOLED full-screen display with 1080 x 2340 pixels along with 91.2 per cent screen-to-body ratio and 5th generation Gorilla Glass protection.

The smartphone is powered by a 2.2 GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset. On the camera front, the phone sports an AI dual rear camera setup with 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 as primary sensor and 5-megapixel as secondary along with an flash.

For the front, the phone is equipped with a pop-up selfie camera that houses a 16-megapixel sensor with f/2.0 aperture. Further, the Realme X runs on 9 Pie operating system based on ColorOS 6.0 and get its juices from a 3765mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 support.
