MediaTek recently announced the launch of its latest mid-range chipset, the Helio P70, in India. Now, Realme has revealed that it will be the first company that will introduce a new smartphone series with the latest chipset.
The company has confirmed that the latest smartphone will be launched by the end of this year. Madhav Seth, CEO, Realme told The Mobile Indian that the upcoming smartphone will not be the successor of either Realme 2 or Realme 2 Pro. He has confirmed that the brand will be bringing an all-new series for its users in the country that will be powered by the latest MediaTek Helio P70 chipset.

The latest series from Realme will largely focus more on the AI capabilities. Although there is no information on the upcoming device, the new series could use AI features in terms of camera, performance, battery management or more.
Recently, the brand announced two smartphones in India, Realme C1 and Realme 2 Pro. The former comes with a price tag of Rs 6,999, while the latter is meant to compete within the mid-range segment and it comes with a price of Rs 13,990 for the 4GB + 64GB variant, Rs 15,990 for 6GB + 64GB option and Rs 17,990 for 8GB + 128GB model. Both the phones run on Qualcomm chipset. The Realme C1 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 chipset, while the Realme 2 Pro is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor.
