HTC is expected to reveal the HTC One mini (2014) along with the HTC One (2014) smartphone this year. The Mobile Indian had reported about the HTC One successor which is to come with new features and dual-camera at the back. Now a Google+ user, M Helal, posted images and features of what seems to be the HTC One mini successor. So far, it is quite established that HTC plans to use two cameras at the back for the reasons yet to be known.
HTC One (2013) model bagged several design awards globally and accolades from the consumers. HTC is working to improve the design of the smartphones and also address the shortcomings of the 2013 model. For instance, the HTC One (2014) model codenamed as M8 will feature Memory card slot supporting up to 64 GB or higher capacity micro SD cards.
As per the leaked images, the phone has a glossy metallic finish bearing HTC logo and additional camera at its rear. It has rounded corners with the dual stereo speaker mesh in the front along with BoomSound support. The HTC logo is located just about the bottom mesh of stereo speaker.
The purported HTC One mini will have a 4.7-inch touchscreen display with full HD resolution. Though the processor powering this smartphone is touted as the quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800, we believe it might just carry the Snapdragon 600 mobile Chipset which is found in the HTC One (2013).
As of now, there is no confirmation on whether HTC plans to unveil both devices at the Mobile World Congress 2014 in Barcelona, Spain starting February 26.
