Research in Motion (RIM) may launch BlackBerry PlayBook on April 10, according to reports, which also discuss the device’s possible spec list.
PlayBook might use a new version of QNX, but the lack of native applications for the QNX platform may force RIM to introduce Android apps on the new device.
Another report predicts that on a fully charged PlayBook it will be possible to browse the web for 17 hours, play video for eight hours or play games for six. If this prediction holds any water, then a big thumbs up for the PlayBook, but we will only know when the product is released.
