Phicomm is set to launch its Energy 670 in India this week. The phone was earlier scheduled to be released last month itself but was delayed due to logistic reasons.
The company has been teasing the phone since last few days. As per the company, the Energy 670 will come with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. Besides, it is confirmed to come with DTS surround sound and Virtual 5.1 channel output.
As is obvious from the pictures shared by the company, the phone comes with a rear camera (resolution not known) along with an LED flash light. A big speaker grill is there at the bottom of the rear cover. In the front there is a camera and the Proximity Sensor and a tiny speaker grill just above the display. There are three off-screen keys below the display. The phone looks gorgeous in golden colour and seems to have very thin bezel on either side of the display.
Considering Phicomm’s previous products, we hope the new Energy 670 to be priced very competitively. It has so far launched three smartphones in the Indian market – Energy 653, Passion 660, Clue 630. The Chinese handset maker got a lot of attention last year when it launched the Energy 653 in India. At Rs 4,999 (launch price), the Energy 653 was then the cheapest 4G phone of India.
