With the Flipkart’s Big Billion Days and Amazon’s Great Indian Festival sales around the corner, India’s third-largest e-retailer Paytm is gearing up to host its own festive sale which will feature as much as 5000 brands. The Paytm Mall Maha Cashback Sale will be held from October 9 to October 15 and will offer a slew of discounts, cash-backs, flash sales and Golden hour deals.
During the sale, Paytm will present special Re 1 flash sales with prizes to be won every day, including a chance to win a gold coin every hour and a Renault Kwid every day. Besides this, users will be offered ‘Golden Hours’ price drop from 8 am to midnight, when products will hit their lowest prices. There will also be flash sales, organised from 2 pm to 6 pm every day during the course of the sale.
At the top of the discount list, Paytm is giving a cashback of up to Rs 12,000 on every purchase of last year’s iPhone X. The company will be offering a flat Rs 2,000 cashback on the Vivo V7 smartphone while the Vivo V11 Pro can be purchased for a discount of Rs 3,000 through an exchange offer. Similarly, the Oppo F9 is also available for an exchange offer of Rs 3,000. Samsung will be offering cashbacks of Rs 6,000 and Rs 1,500 on the Galaxy Note 9 and Galaxy J8 respectively.
During the sale, Paytm will be offering its users an option to apply for no-cost EMIs and two-day delivery with free shipping. Users will be able to redeem a minimum of Rs 5,000 cashback on buying an Asus Vivobook X507 or a Dell Inspiron 5000 laptop. On purchasing a JBL Flip 4 speaker, users will gain Rs 2,250 on cashback. There will be various interactive games as part of the sale like Guess the Price and Treasure Hunt where users can play and win instant vouchers and cashbacks.
Paytm has partnered with ICICI Bank as part of which the bank’s credit and debit card subscribers will receive an additional cashback of 10 percent. This offer will also be applicable to EMI-cased transitions.
While Paytm hosts its seven-day festive sale, Amazon will be looking to make an impression itself with its Grand Indian Festival that will be held from October 10 to October 15. Flipkart’s Big Billion Days sale will be a shorter occasion as it’ll be held during October 10-14.
