Panasonic will soon launch its Eluga series smartphones in India. The company has announced this via its Twitter account.
The teaser of Panasonic read, “Elegance for a new generation”. But it contained no other information. The company has also not revealed whether it will launch its existing Eluga models or bring some new models in the country.
Panasonic entered the Indian mobile phone market only in 2013 with its P51 smartphone. Later it launched few low cost models including P11 (launch price – Rs 9.520) and T11 (Rs 16,364). Currently it offers six handsets in India; the costliest among them is the Panasonic P81 that currently sells for around Rs 18,000.
The new Eluga series smartphones are expected to be priced higher than the current Panasonic models in India.
