Panasonic Eluga Pure with HD display, 13MP camera launched in Taiwan

The Eluga Pure is now up for pre-order and sale will kick start from 27th March.

Panasonic has launched a new smartphone under its Eluga series in Taiwan, which is dubbed as Panasonic Eluga Pure. The smartphone is priced at NT$ 4,990, which is approximately Rs 10,714 and comes in titanium crystal grey colour with brushed finish polycarbonate back. The Eluga Pure is now up for pre-order and sale will kick start from 27th March.

The Eluga Pure features a 5.5-inch 2.5D curved glass display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and comes with a low blue light feature. The smartphone is powered by 1.25GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor, paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable via MicroSD card. The smartphone runs on 6.0 Marshmallow with FitHome on top of it and is backed up by a 2,900mAh battery.

On the camera front, the Eluga Pure smartphone has a 13-megapixel rear shooter with flash and an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies and video chats. Moreover, the smartphone comes with Panasonic Smart that enables users to remotely control the home appliances such as Smart TV, washing machine, refrigerator, etc and also comes with one-hand operation interface. Besides, the device offers 4G/LTE, WiFi, 4.0, GPS, and a microUSB port. The handset measures 152 mm x 76.8 mm x 8.9 mm and weighs 160 grams.
