After recent teasers, Oppo has confirmed that it will be launching its latest ColorOS 7 user interface on November 20. The company has announced that it will announce the new UI in China on the said date.
The company has revealed a teaser of the upcoming features of the new ColorOS 7. To start with, the new user interface might come with improved gaming performance along with overall improvement in the user interface. However, there is no information available on the upcoming features of the new UI, but one could expect it to build on Android 10.
Meanwhile, Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth disclosed that Realme phones will get a special version of ColorOS 7 when it will be launched. He revealed that ColorOS 7 on Realme phone will be close to stock Android.
While Sheth said that Realme phones with ColorOS 7 will offer a near-to-stock Android experience, it’s unclear if the interface will bring the same feature to Oppo phones or if stock-ish Android is being developed exclusively for Realme.
Previously, Oppo announced a ColorOS 6 trial version based on Android 10 for OPPO Reno. The update is currently rolling out in India. ColorOS on its officialTwitter handle has announced that Oppo has started the rollout of Oppo Reno Android 10 update trial version in India. Further, the tweet reveals that the trial version will also roll out for Oppo Reno users in Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia by the end of this month.
