Oppo R11 spotted in a TV commercial, to boast dual rear camera

The smartphone is expected to have 4GB of RAM and would run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat.

After series of leaks, we know that Oppo is all set to launch its new R-series smartphone in the near future, which is dubbed as Oppo R11. Now a 20-seconds TV commercial has been surfaced online confirming the name of the device and it also hints that the Oppo R11 is now almost ready for release in China.

Further, the video reveals that the Oppo R11 smartphone will surely going to sport a dual rear camera setup and will have two colour options- Pink & Gold.

To recollect, earlier we have seen an alleged image of Oppo R11 showing dual camera setup, which is followed by a leak of few real life images, affirming the dual rear camera module with flash. These images had been reportedly taken from a Chinese TV commercial. These images show the alleged Oppo R11 smartphone in the hands of Chinese pop singer and Actor, Wang Junkai.

Last month, a new smartphone by Oppo was spotted on the benchmarking website, GFXBench. The smartphone listed has a model name “Oppo R6051′ and as per the various reports from China, this smartphone could be launched as Oppo R11.

As per the previous listing, the Oppo R6051 aka Oppo R11 features a 5.5-inch Full display with a screen resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by 2.2GHz octa-core Qualcomm ARMv8 (could be Snapdragon 660) along with Qualcomm Adreno 510 GPU. The smartphone is backed by a 4GB of and 64GB of internal storage.

On the camera front, the device sports a good 20-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and a 16-megapixel rear camera (could bear a dual camera setup) with autofocus, face detection, HDR and flash. The smartphone runs on 7.1.1 Nougat. Besides, the smartphone offers WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, Accelerometer, Barometer, Digital compass, Gyroscope, Light sensor.
