Chinese handset manufacturer, Oppo has announced the launch of Joy 3 in India for Rs 7,990. The handset was first spotted last month.
Oppo Joy 3 is a dual SIM 3G smartphone with 4.5 inch IPS screen. This IPS display has 854×480 pixels resolution. It offers 2000 mAh battery that claims to offer 180 hours of standby time and has a 1.3GHz quad-core processor. The device offers 1GB RAM, 32GB expandable storage slot and 4 GB of internal memory.
The Oppo Joy 3 sports a 5 megapixel fixed focus primary camera and a 2 megapixel fixed focus secondary camera. It has the Pure Image 2.0+ imaging technology and offers various modes like panorama, HDR, audio photo, Beautify mode etc. It has a GIF mode ad well that helps you create animated images.
This smartphone runs on ColorOS 2.0.1 based on Android 4.4 operating system which is powered by the MediaTek MT6582m Chipset that comprises of a 1.3 GHz quad core processor.
The Oppo Joy 3 comes in two color selections; classic white and matte grey. The 8.0mm thick smartphone weighs 135 grams. The dual SIM Oppo Joy 3 has Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, OTG support, Micro USB port and 3G connectivity.

The device offers endless possibilities and enjoyment to the consumers both in rural and urban India.”
