Ollie is powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and can resolve users’ queries about Oppo smartphones at any time of the day. The chatbot will offer personalised user experience and will act as a bridge between the company and the customer to respond to frequently asked questions.
Ollie conducts a conversation via the textual method and is live on WhatsApp at the moment. The chatbot will be accessible on WhatsApp through a pre-saved number that will be integrated into all upcoming Oppo devices. Existing Oppo smartphone users can also interact with the AI chatbot by saving +919871502777 on their devices.
Users can ask Ollie queries on Oppo service centres, Oppo smartphones and other services provided by Oppo. The chatbot will be able to generate natural conversations with customers and provide personalised solution based on their requirements.
Oppo currently offers more than 500 exclusive service centres in Indian cities with a 95 percent record of resolving repair cases within an hour. The company also offers 30 days replacement in case of a functional defect and free software updates even after the warranty period.
