Oppo had launched Oppo A37 in China in April this year for 1,299 Yuan (approximately Rs 13,312). Now Oppo has launched the device in global markets. The phone has been priced at $199 ( approximately Rs 13,400) and is available in Singapore. It will launch in Indonesia on 25th June and will be available in other markets in the coming weeks. It comes in three different colours – Grey, Gold and Rose Gold.
Oppo A37 features a 5-inch HD (1280X720pixel) display with pixel density of 294 and Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. It is fueled by a 1.2 GHz 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) quad-core processor, clubbed with GPU Adreno 306, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, and 128GB of expandable storage via MicroSD card. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1 lollipop operating system with Oppo’s own ColorOS 3.0 on top.
The Oppo A37 has a 2630 mAh Li-Ion battery, sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash light and a 5 megapixel camera on the front. Beside, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, 4G LTE, 3G, WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n), Bluetooth, GPS/AGPS, a microUSB port. The smartphone measures 143.1 x 71 x 7.7mm and weighs 136 grams.
