Oppo seems to be all set to launch its next A-series smartphone in India soon, which is dubbed as Oppo A1s, having model number CPH1925. The phone has been certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), which hints towards the imminent launch of the phone in India soon.
Earlier, the images of the alleged Oppo A1s has been leaked from the NBTC Thailand (National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission) and had already got certifications and approval from various authorities, which includes TKDN, EEC and NBTC, Wi-Fi Alliance and Bluetooth SIG.
Based on earlier leaks, reports and certifications, the Oppo A1s (Oppo CPH1925) will feature a dual-camera setup (expected-13MP with 2MP depth sensor) that will be aligned horizontally on the top-left along with LED flash. It will have a 6.1-inch HD+ display with a dew-drop notch design. The phone will come equipped with an octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 processor clocked at 2.0 GHz with PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The smartphone will run on Android 9.0 (Pie) based on Color OS UI.
The Oppo A1s is expected to have non-removable 4000mAh battery and could feature only face unlock feature for security. As far as the front camera goes, it might sport an 8MP selfie sensor. Connectivity options will include Dual SIM, VoLTE, Micro USB port, a 3.5mm audio jack, GPS with A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.2 and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n.
The images from the NBTC Thailand (National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission) confirms that Red will be one of the colour options.
