OnePlus has reduced the price of its OnePlus X smartphone. Now the OnePlus X Onyx Edition is available at Rs 14,999 against its launch price of Rs 16,999. However, the Champagne and Ceramic versions of OnePlus X are still available for Rs 16,999 and Rs 22,999 respectively.

Note that except colour, there are no differences between the Ceramic, Onyx and Champagne models. Like the Onyx model, the other two also come with 5 inch Active Matrix OLED display with full high definition (1920×1080 pixels) resolution, Oxygen OS that is built upon the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system, Snapdragon 801 quad core processor and 3 GB LP-DDR3 RAM. There is 16 GB of internal storage in the phone along with an expandable storage slot that can hold a micro SD card of up to 128 GB.
The OnePlus X has a 2525 mAh Li-Po battery WiFi (b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS with GLONASS and BDS. Note that it has one nano SIM card slot while the other slot can either be used for a SIM card or for a micro SD card. It is compatile with 4G networks too.
The smartphone has a 13 Megapixel rear camera with F/2.0 Aperture and slow motion video recording capability and for selfies it offers an 8 megapixel front camera. Other than that the new OnePlus X offers dual microphone for noise cancellation and FM radio.
