After temporarily delaying the roll out of the update to its OxygenOS Android skin, OnePlus has again started rolling out OxygenOS 3.2.1 for the OnePlus 3 smartphone with additional improvements to the previous version.
OnePlus 3’s OTA firmware update, OxygenOS 3.2.0 was released few days back but OnePlus had postponed the update due to some major issues faced by the users. Now OnePlus has skipped the 3.2.0 version and moved to the 3.2.1 version which includes fixes from the previous one. If users have already updated to OxygenOS 3.2.0, they will get another over the air update which is about 15MB in size and it fixes some notification issues and a possible SIM recognition problem. And if they have not updated yet, they will directly get the OxygenOS 3.2.1 update, skipping the 3.2.0.
The over the air update Oxygen OS 3.2.1 version brings sRGB display mode, an improved RAM management and GPS performance. Other improvements of the update include an enhanced audio playback quality, better camera quality and functionality, the latest Google security patches and bug fixes like gallery issues, music apps and notifications.
To recall, OnePlus 3 was launched in India last month for Rs 27,999. It has high end features that includes 6 GB RAM. You can check its specs here.
