OnePlus is expected to announce it’s upcoming flagship OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro on May 14. The company is expected to launch three variants this year – the OnePlus 7, OnePlus 7 Pro, and OnePlus 7 Pro 5G. Just yesterday, key rear camera specs of the OnePlus 7 Pro was leaked online. Now the same source has now leaked the display, camera and battery configurations of OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro along with their variants.
As per a Twitter leakster Max J, OnePlus 7 will feature a 6.4-inch display that supports full HD+ Resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. The phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 855 mobile platform. The phone will be backed up by 3,700mAh battery with support for 20W rapid charging.
For the camera department, the OnePlus 7 will be equipped by dual camera setup of the OnePlus 7 including a 48-megapixel main sensor with f/1.7 Aperture and a 5-megapixel depth sensor.
As per the tipster, the OnePlus 7 will come in two variants – 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. The tipster has also hinted that the Bullets Wireless 2 will be also made available alongside the smartphone.
On the other hand, OnePlus 7 Pro will be featuring a display of 6.7 inches with Quad HD+ resolution of 3120 x 1440 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The screen of the smartphone will be embedded with an in-screen fingerprint sensor.
The phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 855. Like OnePlus 7 Pro, the 5G version will also be powered the Snapdragon 855 chipset. The Pro 5G smartphone will be equipped with Snapdragon X50 5G Modem for 5G connectivity. The smartphone will be housing a 4,000mAh battery with 30W Warp Charge Fast charging technology.
For the camera, the OnePlus 7 Pro will be equipped with triple rear cameras. The smartphone will feature a 48-megapixel main sensor, paired with 8-megapixel 3X zoom telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture lens and a 16-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens with f/2.2 aperture lens that will reportedly offer a 117-degree field of view. For selfies, the OnePlus 7 Pro may feature a front-facing camera of 16-megapixel with f/2.0 aperture.
The OnePlus 7 Pro is said to come in two variants – 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB / 12 GB RAM + 256 GB UFS 3.0 storage. It will come in Blue, Grey and Brown color options.
Meanwhile, in an exclusive interview with The Verge, Pete Lau, the CEO of OnePlus, has confirmed the OnePlus 7 Pro will have an impressive display. The new display is said to have a Refresh Rate of 90Hz which is faster than that of most phones right now. The OnePlus 7 Pro’s screen will “redefine fast and smooth” and is “super-smooth and very crisp”. He also confirmed that the OnePlus 7 Pro will have 5G support.
