OnePlus has started seeding what appears to be the last of its Android Q developer previews for the OnePlus 7 duo before the stable release. The OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro are now receiving Android Q Developer Preview 5 today.

OnePlus Global Operations Manager Manu J. said in a OnePlus forums thatOnePlus 7 series is now getting Android Q Developer Preview 5. It is interesting to see that the build hasn’t taken into consideration the recent rebranding of Android Q to Android 10 but we can expect the same to show up properly when stable rollout commences.
The changelog of the latest Developer Preview shows that the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro now receive Android 10’s full-screen gestures. The build is based on Google Android 10 Beta6 and brings improvements in system functions and stability. The full changelog can be listed as:

For DP4 users, you can upgrade via online OTA
From DP5, you can upgrade system via OTA to Open Beta
OnePlus has also elaborated the known issues in Android Q Developer Preview which include compatibility issues with Google Pay, application compatibility and some system lag or stability issues. A detailed way to download and install the latest beta update can be found on the forum post.
It’s believed that the latest Android Q Developer Preview 5 will be the last beta update for the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro phones before Android 10 stable build kicks in a few days.
