OnePlus 3T has been rumoured quite a lot recently especially after OnePlus officially confirmed the launch date last week through a teaser. The device will be revealed tomorrow and will definitely come with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 821 as teased by OnePlus.
Other rumours, however, doesn’t hold that much of authentication and we would recommend you take them with a pinch of salt. Briefing out, OnePlus 3T is expected to come with two storage options 64 GB and 128 GB. Also, there are rumours that it will come with an upgraded primary camera. However, the latest one of them all is that the new device from OnePlus might as well be the first device to feature 8GB RAM, claims The Verge. Further, the device is also expected to sport a bigger battery either 3300 mAh or maybe even 4000 mAh. Lastly, we can expect Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. As far as the price is concerned, the new OnePlus 3T is expected to come with a price tag of $479 making it about $80 expensive than the original OnePlus 3. We expect the Indian pricing to be somewhere between Rs 31,000 to Rs 35,000.
Last week, OnePlus also confirmed that the beta version of Android Nougat for OnePlus 3will be released this month with the stable version to be released by the end of this month.
Surprisingly, despite shortages in AMOLED panels, OnePlus will launch the OnePlus 3T with the Optic-AMOLED display. The resolution, however, is expected to be 1080 x 1920 pixels only.
Talking about the OnePlus 3, the current flagship from not so new Chinese manufacturer comes with a 5.5-inch 1080p Optic-AMOLED display. Inside, it sports a 2.15 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 Chipset coupled with Adreno 530. Being one of the first devices to come with 6 GB RAM, OnePlus 3 also comes with 64 GB internal storage which is not expandable. For photography, it has a 16-megapixel primary camera and the front camera is an 8-megapixel sensor. To juice up the device, we have a 3000 mAh non-removable battery. OnePlus 3 currently sells at Rs 27,999 exclusively on Amazon India.
