The new updates will bring a few significant changes to the OnePlus 3 and 3T software. The company is said to push a stable update later this month.

OnePlus has rolled out the last OxygenOS Open Beta updates for both OnePlus 3, OnePlus 3T smartphones. The company is said to push a stable update later this month.

OnePlus has started rolling out OxygenOS Open Beta update 39 for the OnePlus 3 and 30 for the OnePlus 3T. The update is about 66MB in size for both. It is important to note this is a beta update and hence may not be as stable as the official update. If you are on the latest Open Beta on your OnePlus 3 and 3T, you should get an OTA update notification soon while if you are on the stable OxygenOS version, you will need to manually flash the Open Beta update which requires you to fully wipe your device.

Manu J, Staff Member, Beta Program and Dev Relations, OnePlus, in a forum post said “Please note that this is the last open beta for OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T, we will provide a stable version of OnePlus 3/3T for beta testers to migrate back to stable version of OxygenOS later this month to ensure beta testers will receive regular security patch update and so on”.
