We have seen many renders of the upcoming LG G7. Now Android Headlines claimed to have got official renders of the phone. The website claimed that it has got the renders from a reliable source “along with further information which corroborates the authenticity of the render”. As per reports, the phone will be unveiled on 2nd May in Manhattan, New York.
As per the website, the phone will be called as the LG G7 ThinQ and it will come in five colours – Aurora Black, Platinum Grey, Moroccan Blue, Moroccan Blue (Matte), and Raspberry Rose.
“The Aurora Black will be the ‘default’ color option, with the others launching as alternatives for those seeking a more customized look. As is usually the case with color variation, the availability of these models will vary by region and carrier,” the report added.
In the official render, the phone is shown to have a notch as well as an EDGE to edge design, the report added. In the notch area, there will be a front camera and the earpiece speaker.
Also, the LG G7 ThinQ has a dual camera set up in the rear panel but it will be in vertical shape rather than the horizontal shape of previous LG models. As per the report, the G7 will come with an additional fourth button apart from volume up/down and power buttons. This additional button will allow instant activation of AI assistant, said the report.
The report also claims that the phone will not come with the G series logo.
