Nubia Red Magic 3 gaming phone launched in India, price starts Rs 35,999

Nubia Red Magic 3 gaming phone has today been launched in India. The Nubia Red Magic 3 is priced at Rs 35,999 for the 8GB with 128GB storage variant and the premium variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB is priced at Rs 46,999.

The phone will be available exclusively on Flipkart starting June 27. The Nubia Red Magic will be a direct competitor to the Black Shark 2, which starts at Rs 39,999 in India. It comes inBlack, Flame Red, Camouflage, and Red colours.

The Nubia Red Magic 3 features a 6.65-inch (2340 x1080 pixels) Full 19.5:9 HDR with 90Hz refresh rate and 430 nits brightness. The smartphone runs Red Magic OS 2.0, which is based on 9.0 Pie and fueled by 5000mAh battery with 30W support which claims to deliver one hour of gameplay in just 10 minutes of charge.

Under the hood, the phone is powered by the Snapdragon 855 paired with 8GB RAM, and 12GB RAM options. The phone has internal storage options of 128GB, and 256GB. It has a liquid cooling technology with an internal turbo fan that increases the effective heat transfer by up to 500 percent. It comes with an RGB LED accent lighting system and capacitive shoulder buttons that can be customised for individual games. The phone also features a fingerprint sensor at the back.

For the optics, the smartphone comes with a single 48-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX586 sensor, 0.8μm size, f/1.75 aperture, Dual LED flash. For the front, it has a 16-megapixel sensor with /2.0 aperture, Beauty features and support for Face unlocking.

The phone sports dual front-facing stereo speakers, DTS:X, and 3D sound technologies that create a cinematic soundscape. The connectivity features for the Nubia Red Magic 3 includes VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, 5, + GLONASS, Type-C. The phone measure at 171.7 x 78.5 x 9.65mm, and it weighs 215 grams.
