Apple has updated the iTunes App store which will now enable users to see featured apps on the main page of the app store in each category. However, the update works well only with iPad.
As reported by a website, the changes made by the company are small making the page more touch friendly. There were small arrows on the app store pages which have now been removed by featured boxes and are easier to touch.
Apps are now visible on the entire screen in both portrait and landscape modes. Instead of the earlier arrows, which were slightly difficult to interact with, the new changes allow users to easily swipe on the iOS devices which makes it faster for the users to change from one page to another, almost instantly.
Now when the users view an app and then they hit back, the app store brings the user back to the page they were browsing instead of the home page which used to be the case earlier.
