Nokia has today launched the Nokia X7 aka Nokia 7.1 Plus smartphone in China. The smartphone comes in two memory variants: 4GB RAM with 64GB storage, 6GB RAM with 64GB storage and 6GB RAM with 128GB storage priced at 1699 Yuan which is approximately Rs 21,300, 1999 Yuan which is approximately Rs 21,300 and 2499 Yuan which is approximately Rs 26,625 respectively. The phone comes in Dark Blue, Red, Silver and Midnight Black colours and will be available for sale from October 23. Outside China, the Nokia X7 will be called Nokia 7.1 Plus.
Nokia X7 features a 6.18-inch Full HD+ display with a screen Resolution of 2246 x 1080 pixels. The display will have 18.7:9 aspect ratio, 500 nits brightness, 96% NTSC Color Gamut. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 2.2GHz octa-core processor. All the variants are expandable up to 400GB via micro SD card slot.

For the camera, Nokia X7 is equipped with a dual rear camera setup with a combination of a 12-megapixel primary lens with dual-tone LED flash, Sony IMX363 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, 1.4μm pixels, OIS and 13-megapixel secondary sensor with f/2.2 Aperture at the back. For the front, there is a 20-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video calling. A fingerprint scanner is available below the dual camera module.
The hybrid dual SIM based Nokia X7 runs on Android 8.1 Oreo operating system which is said to be upgradable to upgradable to Android 9.0 (Pie) and is backed up by a 3400mAh battery with fast charging support. For connectivity options, the phone supports Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS. The phone measures: 154.8 x 75.76 x 7.97mm and it weighs 185 grams.
