Couple of days back, we have reported that the HMD Global expected to launch five Nokia branded smartphones next year, including long romoured Nokia D1C. Now a new Nokia branded phone with model number ‘TA-1000’ gets 3C certification in China.
As per 3C certification listing, the phone will come with standard 5V/2A charging, hence there will be no fast charging support and it will be a TD-LTE variant. Further, HMD Global is listed as manufacturer and the factory is listed as FIH Precision Electronics Co. Ltd. (Foxconn Technology Group).
As per some reports, the Nokia TA-1000 could be launched as Nokia E1 and would be fall in budget category. Further as per reports, Nokia E1 is romoured to feature a 5.5-inch HD display with resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. It will be powered by an entry level Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 series processor, along with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. The phone is expected to comes with pre-installed Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. Moreover, the phone is expected to be priced less than $100.
There are many romours hovering around Nokia’s Android powered smartphones, every other day we see new leaks and roumors pop up, so we advice our readers to take this one also as a pinch of salt till we get some concrete information straight from the Nokia or HMD Global officials.
