Nokia has announced the launch of its much anticipated E7 smartphone with a full, 42 key horizontal slide-out QWERTY keypad. Targeted primarily at business users, this smartphone has large keys for comfort during prolonged use. Along with that, it has a large 4 inch Amoled TFT (Thin Film Transistor) LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) display, an 8 mega pixel camera with dual LED flash, and 16 GB of on board flash memory.
Built on the lines of Nokia N8, E7 is a little bigger and is 13.6 mm thick, which is 0.8 mm thicker than N8, but Nokia has surprisingly managed to fit a keypad in the device. The phone has the same look and feel as N8.
Nokia is currently shipping the E7, but to which countries is not known. So, for Nokia fans in India, we do not have a definite time regarding the launch of this device, but it will undoubtedly reach the country soon. Pricing worldwide has been revealed at nearly 500 Euros, which translates to about Rs 30,600 plus duties and taxes as might be applicable in different countries.
