Nokia’s latest Asha 310, which was announced last month, is now available in stores with price ranging from Rs 5,499 to Rs 5,800. The new phone has dual SIM connectivity and comes with the same display as Asha 311.
Asha 310 is yet another Series 40 based device in Asha line-up of devices and offers easy swap Dual-SIM and WiFi support.
Weighing 103.7 grams, the new Nokia Asha 310 features a 3-inch capacitive display with 400×240 pixel resolution natively. Nokia has packed 20 MB internal memory for the user but one can add up to 32 GB micro SD card in the memory slot. Nokia has included 2 GB micro SD card with the phone.
The Asha 310 comes with the Easy Swap Dual-SIM technology that allows users to quickly swap between two different GSM SIM cards. The primary SIM slot is under the battery while the secondary is on the side of the phone and thereby making it easily accessible to the user. One can insert and use second SIM card without having to turn off the phone. Nokia has integrated a SIM manager that can support profiles of up to five SIM cards.
The Asha 310 also features WiFi support along with GSM/EDGE data network and it also has Bluetooth 3.0 with A2DP support. There is a 3.5 mm audio port, micro USB port and 2 mm charging port in the tablet as well. Nokia has put a 1110 mAh battery inside the Asha 310 which claims to provide Talk time of 17 hours or stand by time of 25 days from a single charge.
Like several other Asha devices, the Asha 310 also comes with number of apps pre-loaded and 40 free EA games to enjoy.
