Just days after the announcement of HMD Global entering the mobile market with Nokia branded mobile phones under an exclusive 10-year global brand license agreement with Nokia. HMD Global today announced to launch its first offering for Nokia die hard fans, dubbed Nokia 150 and Nokia 150 Dual SIM. Both Nokia 150 and Nokia 150 Dual SIM priced at USD 26 (excluding taxes), which is approximately Rs 1,754 and come in black and white colour options. The phones will be available globally in select markets – rolling out first in APAC, IMEA and Europe – in Q1’17.
The Nokia 150 and Nokia 150 Dual SIM has a polycarbonate body, with scratch-resistant colour. Both Nokia 150 variants will feature a 2.4-inch QVGA (240*320) display and have VGA resolution camera with LED flash. The phones get its juices from 1020 mAh battery, which claims to deliver a talk time of up to 22 hours, and standby times of up to 31 days for the Single SIM and 25 days for the Dual SIM variant. The phones charge with a standard micro-USB charger and come with a LED torchlight. Further, phones runs on Nokia Series 30+ operating system and support up-to 32GB of expandable storage via microSD card.
Besides, both Nokia 150 variants offers micro USB, 3.5mm AV connector, Bluetooth 3.0 with SLAM, FM radio and MP3 player. The phones also comes with pre-loaded games such as classic Snake Xenzia and try and buy Nitro Racing by Gameloft. The handsets measures 118.0×50.2×13.5mm and weighs 81.0 grams (including battery).
