Next LeEco flagship smartphone to have 8GB RAM, 25-megapixel camera: Report

As per media reports, the LeEco phone will have Qualcomm's upcoming Snapdragon 821 processor.

LeEco is reportedly working on its next flagship smartphone, which could succeed the Le Max 2 smartphone. Few render images of the alleged LeEco phone are also doing the rounds on the web as per which the upcoming smartphone will come in Red, Blue and Silver colours.

As per Chinese media reports, the LeEco’s next flagship smartphone will have whopping 8GB RAM. It reportedly will come with yet to be announced Snapdragon 821 64-bit quad-core as well as a fingerprint scanner on the back panel. Further, as per reports, the smartphone will have a 25-megapixel rear camera and will cost around 3000 Yuan (approximately Rs 30,631).

Just to recall, the Le Max 2 smartphone was launched in India last week. The Le Max 2 comes in 4 GB and 6 GB RAM models which are priced at Rs 22,999 and Rs 29,999 respectively. It has a 5.7-inch touchscreen has Quad HD resolution and is powered by the 2.15 GHz Snapdragon 820 quad-core processor, 4GB/6GB RAM. The Le Max 2 has 64GB internal storage. The smartphone too runs on 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and has a 3,100 battery battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support.

There is a 21-megapixel shooter in the back panel of Le Max 2 along with a dual-tone flash light. For selfies, it comes with an 8-megapixel front camera. Further, the smartphone offers slots, LTE with VoLTE, WiFi, 4.1, GPS/A-GPS, USB port (can be used as an audio port), and a fingerprint sensor on the back.
