Yu Yuphoria had a tremendous success and is still one of the best phones under Rs 10,000. Now Yu is reportedly made another variant of the phone.
The new version was spotted by GSMarena on GFXBench database with model name Yuphoria YU6000. Note that the existing Yu Yuphoria’s model name is YU5010.
As per the benchmark site, the purported Yu Yuphoria Yu6000 is based on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, the octa core Mediatek MT6753 processor running at 1.5 GHz, ARM Mali T720 graphics processor and huge 3 GB RAM.
Besides, it said to have a 4.6 inch display with full high definition (1920×1080 pixels) resolution. In the listing, Yuphoria YU6000 was shown having 3 GB of RAM, 12 Megapixel primary camera, an 8 megapixel front camera and 16 GB of built in storage.
Yu, which is a subsidiary of Micromax, is constantly teasing its upcoming smartphone called Yutopia. Now the so called Yuphoria YU6000 is expected to be launched alongside the Yutopia. However, there is no word from Micromax yet on the reported Yuphoria model.
Meanwhile, Yu has started the registration for its upcoming Yutopia smartphone. The company has already revealed that the phone will come in metal and has also hinted that it may feature a Quad HD resolution.
