An unannounced smartphone from Lenovo with model name ‘Lenovo P2a42’ has been certified by the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG). The Lenovo P2a42 could be another variant of upcoming Lenovo Vibe P2 (Lenovo P2c72) smartphone, which was spotted on GeekBench bench-marking website last month.
As per SIG certification website, the Lenovo P2a42 features a 5.5-inch display and is armed with Snapdragon 625 processor. Further, the listing revealed that the upcoming smartphone has a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video chats.
Apart from SIG certification, the same device has been spotted on Indonesian POSTEL website as well.
As of now this much of information is available about the Lenovo P2a42. However we will keep you update as soon as we get more inputs on this.
To recall, Lenovo Vibe P2 (Lenovo P2c72), which was spotted on GeekBench got 922 in single-core test and in muli-core test it received 4896. As per the listing on Geekbench, the Lenovo Vibe P2 has 4GB RAM, Qualcomm Snapdragon 6250 chipset with 2 GHz octa core processor and Adreno 506 GPU. The handset is based on the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system.
