If you are among those who find it really difficult to keep themselves motivate enough to stick to their work-out regime, then here is your help.
The Endomondo Sports Tracker App monitors your exercise and sends information on the same to social networking sites. So if a user is walking instead of jogging, his friends will be able to know that and can post a comment to boost his morale. You can also hear those messages from your friends.
During cycling, walking, running, the app shows the routes, duration, distance you have covered. It also show how much calories you have burned.
Endomondo Sports Tracker app also integrates the built in music players and Bluetooth heart monitor well.
A unique proposition of this app is that you need not to check the phone screen every time to see work out progress.
Endomondo has both free and paid versions, and more importantly, the app can be controlled from the headsets directly.
It’s not the first fitness app though. In fact the apps like Nike+ and Runkeeper are being used by fitness enthusiasts to log their work out details and they share the progress with their friends as well. The only difference with this app is that it is available across all platforms such as such as BlackBerry, Android, iPhone, Symbian, Windows Phone and even Java based phones.
It has been created by a Denmark based company.
