Motorola is likely to launch its Moto X Play smartphone in India today. The Lenovo-owned company is organising an event to be held in Delhi today during which it is expected to make the announcement.
Infact, Motorola has been tweeting teasers since last week with hashtag #XOMOTOX, revealing various features of a smartphone which is to be launched in India. This teasers have been interpreted by many as an indication towards the Moto X Play which was first unveiled in July this year and was set to be released in the market from this month.
The Motorola Moto X Play has the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system and runs on the 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor. It offers the Adreno 405 graphics processor, 2 GB RAM, 21 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel front camera. The rear camera has f /2.0 Aperture and offers Quick Capture, full HD video recording capability, slow motion video recording, 4X digital zoom, Auto HDR, and panorama features. There are two LED lights in the back panel as well.
