Rumours about Motorola working on its first foldable smartphone is circulating in the industry for a while now. The phone’s crucial information has leaked online several time and now, its key specifications have been revealed.
As per a report by XDA Developers, the smartphone is codenamed as Voyager. The report highlights that the phone will be launched on Verizon. Coming to the foldable mechanism, it will have a vertically folding hinge, unlike other foldable smartphones that fold horizontally. The report says that the Razr foldable smartphone will have a primary display of 6.20-inch with a Resolution of 2142 x 876 pixels. The secondary display will feature a resolution of 600 x 800 pixels, though the exact screen size is not known at the moment.
Moving, the Motorola Razr will be a mid-range smartphone as it is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 Processor clocked at 2.2GHz along with Adreno 616 GPU. The phone will be offered in two memory configurations. There will be a 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage variant and a 6GB RAM + 128GB of storage option. There is no information on whether the memory can be expanded or not.
On the battery front, the Motorola Razr will be equipped with a smaller 2730mAh battery and it might comes loaded with Fast charging support. Lastly, the smartphone will be available in White, Black and Gold colour options.
