Ten days after debuting in Brazil alongside the Moto G7, Moto G7 Plus and Moto G7 Play, Motorola has now introduced the Moto G7 Power in India, the first of the Moto G7 series to be launched in the region. The Moto G7 Power will be available for an asking price of Rs 13,999, as was reported by us last week.It isavailable in offline stores along with moto hub. It is Listed on Flipkart as well with coming soon tag.
The Moto G7 Power is for anyone wishing to buy the Moto G7 but needs a larger battery to get with for the course of their regular day. Primarily, the G7 Power incorporates a similar sized 6.2-inch screen with a wider notch and an HD+ display instead of FullHD and has a Resolution of 1520×720 pixels.
It’s powered by the same Snapdragon 632 Chipset which is present on the standard Moto G7 ( 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage). It’s the battery that shines in the G7 Power as it offers a 5,000mAh power unit to deliver up to 60 hours of usage on a single charge. The phone comes with a 15W TurboPower charger but can be charged by a QuickCharge 4.0 compatible charger for faster charging.
The G7 Power also features a single primary camera which is a 12MP (f/2.0, 1.25µm) lens and there’s an 8MP selfie camera on the front. It runs on Android 9 Pie out of the box with a near-to-stock experience. There are software buttons at the bottom which has been replaced with a single bar at the bottom which acts as a base for navigation purposes. It also comes with Motorola’s own popular suite of add-ons including always on display, gestures for flashlight and camera.

The Moto G7 Power will be available in a single Ceramic Black variant in India and can be purchased for Rs 13,999 across Flipkart and offline stores in India. For a price of Rs 13,999, the Moto G7 Power will be targeting the industry’s several budget phones we’ve come to see as of late. There’s the popular Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro and Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 while we also have the recently launched Honor 10 Lite and the latest 4GB variant of the Nokia 5.1 Plus; all of which are priced under the Rs 15,000 range.
