Motorola seems to be working on a new smartphone called Moto X3, atleast if listing on Zauba is to believed. Zauba is an Indian based import/export logistics website.
As per the listing, the so called Moto X3 has a 5 inch display and has one SIM slot. It is expected to become the first smartphone with Lenovo-Moto branding. However, information on other features like processor, screen resolution, RAM, storage etc are not mentioned on the website.
Just few days back, Lenovo XT1700 and Lenovo XT1706 were found on GFXBench Benchmarking website. Since Motorola devices normally come with XT in their model numbers, many are expecting these two devices to be new Moto devices. Some say that these could be variants of Motorola’s next-gen Moto E (3rd gen).
As per the listing on GFXBench, Lenovo XT1700 and Lenovo XT1706 have 5-inch HD IPS display with 5 finger touch support, 1GHz Quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor and 2GB RAM. Both offer 16GB of internal storage out of which 12GB will be reserved for the users. Besides, they come with Mali-T720 GPU and Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. The listing however does not mention anything about the size of their batteries.
As per the benchmark listing, the Lenovo XT1700 and Lenovo XT1706 have 8-megapixel Autofocus camera and an LED flash in its rear panel while a 5-megapixel camera is in its front. The GFX listing shows that the devices have connectivity features like Bluetooth, GPS and WiFi. As per the listing, the device has accelerometer, light, proximity and gyroscope Sensors as well.
