Moto G7 and Moto G7 Power launching in India by March 2019

Lenovo owned Motorola, could launch Moto G7 and Moto G7 Power smartphones in India in Quarter 1, 2019.

Motorola is all set to unveil its latest Moto G7 series of smartphones for the Brazilian market next month. The series will include phones like Moto G7, Moto G7 Plus, Moto G7 Power and Moto G7 Play. Now if a recent report is to be believed, Moto G7 and Moto G7 Power will be launching in India soon.

As per the report of MySmartPrice, Lenovo owned Motorola, could launch Moto G7 and Moto G7 Power smartphones in India in Quarter 1, 2019. The report further states that they will be first phones to be launched in India. The Moto G7 Plus and the Moto G7 Play would be launched sometime later in the year. While the Moto G7 and G7 Plus are expected to be expensive devices, the G7 Power and G7 Play are said to be affordable devices.

The Moto G7 will reportedly feature a 6.4-inch Full HD+ display with a screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. It will be equipped with a dual-camera setup with a combination of 16-megapixel primary lens and a 5-megapixel secondary shooter. For the front, there is a 12-megapixel sensor for selfies and video calling. It will have a 3,500mAh battery and it will run on 9.0 Pie. The the Moto G7 will be powered by the Snapdragon 660 processor and could come in 3GB and 4GB RAM variants with up to 64GB of internal storage, with an option to expand the storage up to 256GB via card slot.

The Moto G7 Power, on the other hand, will feature a 6.22-inches notched display, a huge 5000mAh battery and 32GB and 64GB storage variants. The phone will reportedly feature a 12-megapixel rear camera and 8-megapixel front camera. Moto G7 Power will have Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 14nm octa-core processor under the hood, and that will be coupled with 4GB RAM. On the software front, the smartphone will run Android 9.0 Pie operating system.
