Moto G6 Play surfaces with Android 8.0 Oreo and 3GB RAM

Motorola is reportedly working on the upcoming G6 series that include Moto G6 Plus, Moto G6 and Moto G6 Play. The smartphones were recently leaked revealing some key specifications, Indian pricing and more. Now out of these three, the Moto G6 Play smartphone has been spotted on GeekBench website. The listing has revealed the expected specifications of the upcoming device.

In the GeekBench listing, the Moto G6 Play got 472 points in single-core test and in multi-core test it received 1801 points. As per the listing on Geekbench, the G6 Play has 3GB and octa-core Snapdragon 430 clocked at 1.4 GHz. The handset is based on the 8.0.0 Oreo operating system.

As per the earlier leak, the Moto G6 Play will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor. The phone will be backed by a 4000mAh battery and will have a 12-megapixel rear camera. The smartphone is rumoured to be priced at Rs 12,000. After launching it is rumoured to be available in Dark Charcoal, Deep Blue, and Gold colours.

As of now, the exact launch details of Moto G6 Plus, Moto G6 and Moto G6 Play smartphopnesis not known but all the smartphones are reported to be launched at the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018.
