It is a well-known fact that Motorola is working on a vast portfolio including Moto X 2017, Moto Z, Moto E and Moto G lineups. We have press renders of different upcoming Motorola smartphones for a while now, and it is now time for Moto G5S. The leaked press renders of the upcoming device reveals some key design changes.
The leaks were obtained by Android Authority from a trusted source familiar with Lenovo’s plans. The smartphone is shown in gold, grey and blue colour variants. However, the design looks eerily similar to the Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus, though the only differentiator here is an all-metal design. Moto G5 or Moto G5 Plus comes loaded with a combination of plastic and aluminium, whereas, the Moto G5S will boast an all-metal construction.
The Antenna bands at the back are one proof of this as one can clearly see the cutouts at the top and bottom of the device. Further, the front largely remains the same with an oval-shaped home button which also acts a fingerprint sensor at the base, while the top houses earpiece and front-facing camera.
On the right, you will find volume controls and power on/off button, while at the back, there is a primary camera and just beneath it is the Moto’s batwing logo. Meanwhile, a recently leaked presentation slide suggest that Motorola will launch Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus. The leak reveals that the Plus variant will sport a 5.5-inch full HD display along with dual-camera setup, while the smaller sibling will come loaded with a 5.2-inch FHD display with a metal body.
