The Micromax Ninja A89, the first dual core Processor based phone in Ninja sub brand of Micromax, is now available for around Rs 6,000 though it comes with a price tag of Rs 8,999.
The Dual SIM Micromax A89 Ninja comes with a 1 GHz dual-core Mediatek MT6577 processor accompanied by 512 MB of RAM. It sports a 4-inch screen with WVGA display. The smartphone comes with 2 GB of internal storage, which can be expanded to up to 32 GB through a micro SD card. It runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) operating system.
It packs in 1450 mAh battery, which Micromax claims will deliver four hours of talktime and 170 hours of standby time. It has a 3-megapixel rear camera but has no flash.
Just like most other Micromax smartphones, it comes pre-loaded with apps such as Hook up, M! live, M! store, M! Zone+, Fruit devil and Darkman.
Two exciting thing about this phone is Android 4.0 OS and dual core Mediatek processor which makes it a very well-priced product for budget conscious buyers.
Apart from that it has 3G, WiFi,Bluetooth and USB connectivity features. The phone also comes with GPS support.
