Micromax has today announced the launch of its latest budget-centric smartphones in India. Dubbed as Micromax Infinity N11 and Infinity N12, the smartphones come with a price tag of Rs 8,999 and Rs 9,999 respectively. The models will be available for purchase from the offline market.
Both the smartphones come with a slightly different design language, though almost all the specifications. The Infinity N12 features a dual-tone finish at the back, while the N11 feature a strip running across the left side of the back panel.
Jumping straight to the specifications, both the devices feature a 6.19-inch HD+ display with a screen Resolution of 1500 x 720 pixels along with 18:9 aspect ratio. The phones are powered by the latest octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 chipset, which is clocked at 2.0GHz.
The Micromax Infinity N12 is backed by a 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, while the Infinity N11 features a 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The memory can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot.
On the camera front, the phones feature dual-camera setup with a combination of 13-megapixel primary sensor along with a 5-megapixel secondary shooter. For the front, the company has employed a 16-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calling on the Infinity N12, while the Infinity N11 features an 8-megapixel selfie shooter.
The Micromax Infinity N12 and Infinity N11 are backed by a 4000mAh battery, which the brand claims to give 18 hours of talk time, 8 hours of browsing time and 500 hours of standby time. Both of them runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with the company’s custom UI running on top of it and there is a fingerprint sensor at the back panel. On the connectivity front, it supports 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, AGPS, WiFi, dual-SIM, dedicated microSD card slot, 3.5mm Audio Jack and microUSB port. The phone measures 156 x 76.2 x 8.5mm and weighs 164 grams.
